After our Covid enforced break we are very pleased to announce that we are again working in close cooperation with Bet-Ker Oy on the 2023 Refractory Highlights Conference on May 24th and 25th.
So far there are more registrants that previous years, great motivation to make the 2023 conference a success. The feedback was excellent and has been weaved into the structure of the 2023 Refractory Highlights Conference.
The first day of the conference always includes presentations by refractory material manufacturers and steel mills using the materials, as well as inspiring discussions. On the second day, we will visit a factory and familiarise ourselves with refractory materials in practice. This year, we will spend the first day at the Savoy Hotel in Luleå where the formal proceedings will be followed by a dinner and other activities. On the second day, we will visit SSAB’s steel plant in Luleå.
Take this opportunity to make new contacts and re-acquaint yourself with old friends. Presentations will be made by leaders in the European steel industry on a range of subjects, to broaden understanding and prompt debate and discussions. It is the perfect environment to learn more about refractory materials, both currently and how things will be in the future.
This conference is open to Nordic steel industry professionals and other European Steel industry professionals by invitation.
